The <i>Dune</i> game by Cryo was fantastic - I still play through it every so often. And let's not forget the classic Hobbit text adventure, or the HHGTG and Starship Titanic games. You've a good point despite these few examples, of course. I'm surprised that Ender's Game is going to be made into a game, particularly as Card's last foray into gaming ended so poorly.
