Thanks. This really hit home for me. I had my entire life planned out when I was nine. Astronaut via the Air Force. Lost my eyes at puberty, and had to give up the dream. I have tears in my eyes as I type this. Well crafted and heartful story.

Enjoyed. Made me think of Gibson and Stoss, two of my favorites. Stumbled over the itsy bitsy paragraphs a bit, too simplistic for the prose or something, choppy maybe. Really nice story though, kind of a metaphor for how marketing usurps our minds already.

very enjoyable story. strong character development, well developed plot, and great mix of technology & future economics. This kind of reminds me of the style of Mac Reynolds. Kudos

Nice story! The character changes didn't work for me though: Bob is Bill for a while, Angelina becomes Angelica becomes Angelique, the male lawyer becomes female and the female lawyer becomes male -- there's so much else that's new and original going on here that these switches just detract from the story. I kept having to go back to check on who was who was what.

Other than that, it's a strong story.
