I remember one call I made to a customer service center, I swear the person was typing for 5 minutes without a word.
I was thinking, “Man, if even he said: ‘Go to hell!’ and hung up, it would be preferable to sitting here in silence while I wonder what excuse he’ll come up with not to help me with my problem.”
