The fact that people desire a cleaner world as their individual needs are taken care of does not magically solve our problems. There has been a natural progression of fossil fuel arguments over the years. Global warming is bunk, it's too late to stop global warming, global warming will solve itself. The only way toward sanity is for everyone to get behind innovation that replaces fossil fuels and loosens the hold of fossil fuel values on our economic lives. Realize who the enemy is and how they must be overthrown. The fossil fuel industries are the enemy, and technology is the way forward. The "Property & Environmental Research Center" is just one of the fossil fuel industry's many apologists. Notice "property" comes first. Notice what Montana produces in such abundance -- coal and oil shale. It's astroturf science. This a great example of the “magical thinking” that has taken hold on the right.
