It's easy to imagine ways this could go wrong, especially if Halliburton gets the contract. Anybody else thinking of DISTRICT 9 at this point? But would it be possible to plan and design a way for this to go right? Any way for benefits to accrue to a poor benighted nation-state as a whole? Lightning rods for desperation - the congolese locked out ultraville want in, the ultravillan "a little more equal" pigs do whatever it takes to protect their standard of living...? Pure evil. I am for it, because I don't want the poor Congolese here, but it's still unmitigated evil.
